In March 2021, I launched Thompson Admin Services with a clear vision: use my administrative expertise to help other business owners while creating the flexible life my family deserved.
What I discovered was that so many business owners share this same desire. We all want businesses that fit our lives, that let us share our passion and make a genuine difference. The reality? It's harder than it looks. Saying no to opportunities, trusting others with your vision – these feel like impossible asks.
Through growing my own business, I've learned that real, sustainable growth comes down to connection and trust. I invest my heart and soul into my businesses, and I bring that same energy to every client relationship. When you succeed, I succeed. When you face challenges, we solve them together.
